    I was recently given this No 7 in exchange for refitting a No 4 for a friend. It was made between 1888 and 1892. and it is a charm to run. Just in time as I need to join several panels. Sorry I do not have before pictures as was too happy to start working on this. There is one chip in the sole and a lot of pitting inside the sole, but the outside is perfect and there is plenty of life on the iron.

      Hi James,

      I noticed you used your standard shop color blue paint. That should make it easier to find if (heaven forbid) anyone should “borrow” it when you aren’t looking. It looks great.
