Just a few photos from the Potomac Antique Tools and Industries Association (PATINA) meeting Sept. 16, 2019 in McLean, VA. A few collectors with tools for sale at the pre-meeting. Always interesting people and collections. I picked up some necessaries for my new efforts at restoring saws. Also, picked up some great advice on the matter. Fascinating presentation by Ed Wright and Melanie Belongia from Colonial Williamsburg, where they specialize in instrument making using traditional techniques. Ed Wright is a Harpsichord Maker at Colonial Williamsburg since 1988. Melanie, also works on the harpsichords and has experience in violin making and restoration.
