I’ve been asked to put on a booth at a local winery’s Grape Stomp fest this October.  The owners are friends of mine and thought a traditional woodworking demo would be a good attraction with all the other local craftspeople who have booths there.  I’ll be doing spoon carving, treadle lathe turning, basic hand inlay, and whatever else I can come up with.  Any ideas would be helpful.  There is no electricity available, so traditional woodworking is a perfect fit!

I’m looking forward to it – I think it will be a lot of fun.  It’s at Pahrump Valley Winery, Pahrump NV Oct 3-4th from 11am-5pm.  So if you’re in the Vegas area, come on by!
