If any of you guys out there need/want something I might have it. I just got a huge amount of stuff from a barn sale. Message me with anything you might be looking for and I’ll look and get back with you.

in need of two tools to complete shop
any chance you have s Stanley Bailey #5 smooth bottom. Or a Yankee 1005 drill press?
-
I do have a few #5’s available. I don’t have a yankee press but I have a universal wall mount press. If you send me an email at [email protected] I can send you some pictures through email and I can respond a lot faster as well because the email goes through my phone.

Green Woodworking Tools
I’ve been looking for green wood working tools: broad axe, froe, long draw knife, one man cross cut saw, ect.
-
Seth,
I have found that shipping charges can add greatly to the overall cost of tools. Where are you located? It might be possible that a local reader of the forum can help to set you up with the tools you seek and help keep the costs down.
Have fun.

Green Woodworking Tools
I currently have an older Disston one man saw, a few draw knives, and a hewing axe (right handed). Froes are a little less common but I can keep an eye out for you as I am out buying other tools. Best way to reach me is via email at [email protected] I can send you pictures of whatever you are interested in.
Thanks Robert

Hi again Seth,
Craigslist for Ashville has at least a couple of folks advertising the type of items you are looking for and I have had good luck at Smiley’s flea market in your area, especially on saturdays. Also, if you ever cross the mountains and find your way to the Knoxville area I can get you into all of the tools you mentioned at some good prices. I am not a dealer but I do have a few items just collecting dust. The good thing is that I have multiple items of the type you mentioned so that you have several to choose from. Do check around, including with Robert, and be conscious of your total costs.
Good luck with the hunt and above all. have fun.
