Right now I use Mineral Oil to finish my spoons. I just started bowls last night and I am seeing a lot of people using cold pressed Linseed oil to finish their spoons and bowls. I found on the Sunny Side Raw Linseed oil in the “FAQ” tab saying the raw linseed oil is not for use on eating surfaces. I’ve felt the finish the linseed oil leaves on the spoon with and without and I’d love to use it but I’m nervous. Anybody have any comments on this? Thanks.
