Hey guys,
I am new the world of hand tools and fairly novice in the world of woodwork. I’ve been reading a book “Woodworker’s Guide to Handplanes” by Scott Wynn. I’m not all the way through it yet, but I’m wondering if this was a good book to pick as a beginner (not even owning any hand tools yet). There are quite a few terms and practices that are way over my head. Although I’m able to comprehend a good bit of it, it seems as if it is a book past my experience level at this point. It seems like it will be better suited for me to return to after using hand planes for a little while. Are there any other books that you would recommend for a beginner?
Thanks,
E
