Will Myers used to have a blog post about incorporating an angled leg vise in the design. I believe that was on an old website that is no longer available. Basically, if you are using a 2.5” wooden screw, Will suggests to increase the width surrounding the vise screw from 4” to 5”. Attached is a picture from his old post that shows what the layout looks like. In my personal moravian workbench, I opted to just increase the width of all leg components to 5”.
