Goodell-Pratt Co is my absolute favourite old tool company. Any tools I need, I look toward ebay and search “Goodell Pratt” as soon as I can. Solid tools. And being from Massachusetts, I’m mildly biased, and I can’t help but romanticize the work of fellow countrymen. But they really do work well in my experience.

This drill looks like it’s in great condition. Nice find! I’d guess it’s from 1930, but as the owner of the drill, you can confirm some things I can’t from the pictures, that should help you know for sure.
